Runtimes
This workspace owns documentation, the dregg library, and the fed/zrt binaries. Zakura and ztreamer are git submodules under runtimes/. svg-mint-zrt is a local wallet crate (orchard 0.16 and a sqlite ledger). It does not import zcli or zync-core. zcash-devtool is not a runtime here. zcli's public zidecar is not this compact server.

DREGG talks to svg-mint-zrt only. The public contract is zrt's argv and the notes JSON, not zcash-devtool flags and not zcli's rotko endpoint.

bash scripts/init-runtimes.shThat script records submodule URLs from runtimes/.gitmodules and clones if missing. Do not point compact --server at zec.rocks.

The browser never uses those loopback ports. Public Hosts terminate TLS on nginx.
