Wallet runtime

svg-mint-zrt (crates/svg-mint-zrt) is the ZEC CLI the fed is supposed to call. It lives next to the dregg library crate, not inside terp-core. It does not import zcli, zync-core, or zcash-devtool. zcli's public server (zcash.rotko.net) and zec.rocks are not this desk.

Read Wallet gaps. scripts/e2e-zrt-wallet.sh is the persistence gate and passed on groot-wan against a temporary directory. scripts/e2e-local-prod.sh is the multi-chain suite in e2e/. Its wallet checkpoint calls this binary, then requires a restart of the same address and a fail-closed send. That suite is not a claim that this binary can see or move house funds. Do not init ~/.terp/svg-mint-zrt on groot2 with this build. A new seed does not recover the old account.

The thin terp-core crate zigner/rust/zcash-wasm only derives addresses for the browser. It is not the scanner.

Three jobs, and where this build stops:

1. Balance — sum of mined, unspent rows in notes.sqlite. The file starts empty. Nothing in the default binary fills it from the chain.
2. Notes — the same ledger, as JSON. Trial decryption against house ztreamer is not linked. sync exits and leaves the ledger unchanged.
3. Recover — send accepts only the donation unified address, selects notes, then exits. The prover is not linked, so notes stay unspent and nothing is broadcast.

init prints the unified address and is the only command that creates spend.seed. The address is an Orchard receiver (orchard 0.16, ZIP-32 coin type 133, account 0, diversifier index 0). It is not an Ironwood payment address. Do not publish it as a pay target.

notes returns the open account plus the ledger:

DREGG matches address to this checkout's diversified UA, or memo to this checkout's payment id. mined: false is receipt only. mined: true is the block that may mint. One shielded mempool transaction, with no match, is not this checkout. This binary does not perform that match. The desk code in dregg still does, against notes it is given.

Ironwood is the only pool the ledger will count. The default binary has no command that inserts a note. lab-credit and lab-commit-spend compile only with --features lab, for scripts/e2e-zrt-wallet.sh.

send refuses a destination that is not the donation UA. A donation destination still fails closed in this build: the error says the prover is not linked and that notes were not marked spent.

total equals ironwood_spendable. DREGG's parse_balance_json reads those keys. Public /health does not include amounts. chain_tip_height stays null until a scan writes the meta row. This build does not write it.

Env

ZCASH_DEVTOOL_WALLET, ZCASH_DEVTOOL_BIN, and ZCASH_DEVTOOL_IDENTITY are not read. The old /tmp/svg-mint-zcash-devtool default is gone from this crate.
